You can actually eat sometimes better on the street than you can in a restaurant. Indonesia street food very good, but it's not just Indonesia. Full sweet brown sugar. Two parts soy. Not bad. White sugar for uncultured people. But then why you have kitchen skill at the back there Gordon? It's nice and thick. It's packed with that wonderful Asian flavour.
