National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) Summer Music Institute

The NSO Summer Music Institute is a 4 week program designed to expose and prepare students for a 21st Century career in orchestral music. Each summer, approx. 60 students (ages 15-20) from the United States and abroad, converge on the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. to work with members of the NSO, and take part in performance, coaching, and enrichment opportunities.
